Why Geyik Bims ?
Heat and Sound Isolated: The pumice, which is used as the raw material also in production technology, provides heat and sound isolation due to its natural features.
Earthquake Resistant: The construction equipment produced by using pumice is more resistant compared to other construction equipment and extremely resistant to earthquake thanks to high elasticity module (The flexibility coefficient against fracture due to earthquake wave: 70.000 kg/cm2). The shocks can absorb easily without undergoing any fraction and crackage as it is 6 times more flexible than concrete and it provides resistance against earthquake.
Economic: While the rough and fine plaster are needed in wall production in constructions for the walls made of other construction equipment, GYP BIMS is economical as it brings single layer plaster solution in exterior walls. Building wall is possible without plastering as the products are smooth surface and have decorative looking. The interior walls are plastered directly with gypsum plaster. Moreover, it provides less plaster use due to smooth surface.
Fire Resistant: It is more resistant against fire compared to other construction materials. The melting temperature is high and it does not exhale any toxic gas to the environment when melted. It minimizes the damages of fire. It has minimum 239 minutes non-deflagration, protection of shape and dimension and non-fume extraction features in 11000 C combustion temperature.
